Each image of the composition La scorsa estate is a fragment of the sky. Each sky fragment corresponds to a specific date.
The 95 images reflect the 95 days from June 21 until September 23. The entire composition is presented as a visual interpretation of a summer, like a calendar marked by images in which the skies stand for days. The sky fragments are themselves little fragments of other pictures taken day by day, images of little summer memories collected with a smart-phone camera.

The artwork was exhibited between August and September 2023 at Galleria La Loggia in Carona, Switzerland.
